Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by hand and ships within 3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.
We ship within the U.S. only for Drop 1.
Free U.S. shipping on orders of $240 or more. Orders under $240 ship for the flat rate shown at checkout.
Delivery time: most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship.

If tracking stops moving or your package never shows up, email us. We'll deal with the carrier so you don't have to.
If it's lost before it's delivered, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, check with neighbors and your building's front desk first. Then email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
