Refund Policy

Exchanges: free

• Wrong size? Swap it free within 30 days of delivery. We cover shipping both ways.
• One exchange per order. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on.
• Just reply to your order email or write to orders@hhnl.clothing and tell us what size you need. We'll send you a prepaid label.
• If the size you want is gone, you can pick a different item, take store credit, or get a refund. It's your choice.

Returns

• You can return anything within 30 days of delivery. Same condition: unworn, unwashed, tags on.
• Store credit: free. We cover the return label.
• Refund to your card: we send you a label, and $10 is taken out of your refund to cover it.
• Refunds go back to your original payment within 5 business days of the return reaching us.

Something wrong with your order?

• If it arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, it's on us. Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. You don't need to send anything back first.

Changing or canceling an order

• Reply to your confirmation email before your order ships and we'll change the size, fix the address, or cancel it. No charge.
• After it ships, it becomes a normal exchange or return (above).
